I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 and am licensed in both Washington and Idaho. I enjoy taking care of my clients and love to help them with their buy and/or selling needs.

For example, I helped my husband start his home inspection business in 2004 and have gained so much knowledge from that undertaking. With this experience and with him as a resource I can competently help my clients through the process of what to do prior to listing, as well as navigating and then negotiating through the home inspection reports.
